Using this website

This website is run by RadioFusion Ltd, 12 Example Street, London, AB1 2CD, United Kingdom. You may listen, browse and share links to our pages for personal use. Please don't copy large parts of the site, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Song information, lyrics, album artwork, news headlines, weather and event listings come from third parties. We do our best to keep them accurate but can't guarantee them - always check event details with the organiser before you travel.

Requests, dedications and messages

When you send a song request, dedication or message you confirm it's your own and isn't offensive, defamatory or unlawful. We may edit, shorten or choose not to use anything you send, and we can't promise a request will be played or at what time. If you tick the box, we may read your message on air with your first name and town.

Listener Club

Membership is free and open to people aged 16 and over, one membership per person. Please keep your details accurate. You can leave at any time from the link in our emails. We may close memberships that break these terms.

Competition rules

These general rules apply to every competition, together with any specific terms shown with the competition (which take priority).

1. Competitions are open to Listener Club members aged 18+ resident in the United Kingdom, unless stated otherwise. Our staff, presenters, their families and anyone connected with the competition can't enter.
2. Entry is free. One entry per person per competition - extra or automated entries will be disqualified.
3. Each competition shows its closing date and time (UK time). Late entries won't count.
4. Where there is a question, the winner is picked at random from all correct entries after the closing date. Our decision is final.
5. We will contact the winner using the details in their membership. If we can't reach them within 7 days, or they can't accept the prize, we may draw another winner.
6. Prizes are as described, are not transferable and have no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable we may offer one of similar value. Third-party prizes (for example event tickets) are also subject to the provider's own terms.
7. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity, and we may announce their first name and town on air and on our website.
8. We may cancel or change a competition if something outside our control means it can't run fairly.
9. The promoter is RadioFusion Ltd, 12 Example Street, London, AB1 2CD, United Kingdom.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where it can't legally be limited. Otherwise we aren't responsible for losses caused by the website being unavailable or by information from third parties.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales (or your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
